Which I enjoyed as well, but know your audience! BG enthusiasts like the relaxed pace of turn based combat and puzzle solving and lots of control over character stats. I was hoping for something like Baldur’s Gate or Icewind Dale but it’s really more like Diablo IIRC. Also someone complained about the obstacles in the thieves guild being “too hard” or “incompatible to do on a phone game” can’t remember how it was worded but I just finished those said obstacles and did them on my first try, honestly they could have been harder lol but it’s a challenging game you won’t feel like you’re immortal in it which is great.Īll in all this game is amazing even on iPhone Im so impressed and I hope they bring dark alliance 2 over as well I’d never need another phone game again! I’ve been searching for a phone game I could love and this is it, it’s such a great game and it has been brought to iOS well, don’t listen to the people’s complaints most are unfounded, the aiming in this game was never great and it’s the same as it was before plus there’s a skill that shows line of fire for arrows and it’s easy to get use to. Also I am both shocked and ecstatic that this is on an iPhone now, it’s wild to me but that’s technology. The game is exactly how I remember it and honestly doesn’t feel aged to me at all. When my cousin and I were growing up this was our favorite game and honestly nothing has scratched that itch since, the nostalgia this game brings is exactly what I needed. It's cheap, and it plays great.Exactly how I remember it and just as good If you've yet to play one of the best brawlers, try it on Android. Plus, you get a few extra characters, and they are pretty good, to boot. The additional cost adds an endless mode to the game, bringing much-needed longevity to the title. Even the touch controls are good, though you'll have an easier time dominating this challenging game with something a little more tactile, like a controller. Since the game has found its way to Android, it's only fitting to include it with our controller support roundup, as it offers spot-on controller support. It's the best beat 'em released in years, calling back to the classics while offering updated graphics fitting for modern devices. Even though the series appeared to be dead, in 2020, DotEmu released a follow-up, and it's superb. Sega had a heck of a series on its hands with Streets of Rage, where many grew up playing the brawlers.
